Absolutely. We create a warm, supportive, and small-group environment to help children feel safe and gradually build confidence. 当然可以。我们提供温暖、有支持的小班环境，帮助孩子慢慢建立自信。
What if my child can’t sit still? 孩子坐不住怎么办？▾

Parents may stay during the trial session. Once children feel comfortable, they can participate independently. 试听课家长在课堂外等待，我们鼓励孩子独立参与。

Just bring a water bottle. All materials and snacks are provided. 只需带水壶和一双防滑袜即可，所有材料和水果点心均已包含。
Refund policy
1. Missed Classes 缺课安排If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class for any reason, the session will be recorded as a credit unless a one-on-one make-up class is arranged.
如孩子无法参加当周课程，该课程将以抵扣（credit）形式保留；如家长选择一对一补课，则不计入课程抵扣。
2. Use of Credits 抵扣使用
Credits may be used toward enrolment in the following term only and cannot be carried forward beyond that term. A maximum of two (2) credits per term may be carried forward.
抵扣仅可用于抵扣紧随其后的那一学期报名费用。每个学期最多可累计 2 次抵扣。
3. Make-Up Classes 补课安排
Parents may arrange a one-on-one make-up class with the teacher, subject to availability.

4. No Refunds 退款政策 As places are limited and reserved in advance, refunds are not provided for missed classes. Credits are not transferable to other children or families.

For extended absences, such as overseas travel or other special circumstances, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to work with your family to find a suitable arrangement.
